The client had previously invested $350,000 in a prototype with another development company, but the project failed to meet their expectations. This setback left the client with a renewed sense of urgency and the need for a more reliable partner who could deliver a fully functional, scalable product. They approached us with high hopes, looking for a team that could not only meet their technical needs but also help them achieve their vision of building a robust online booking nail salon app.

The clients primary goal was to develop a robust platform tailored specifically for the nail salon industry. This online booking nail salon app needed to perform multiple functions seamlessly, including appointment scheduling, salon management, customer engagement, and payment integration. 

By enabling users to easily book nail salon appointments online, the platform also aimed to support Vietnamese entrepreneurs operating nail salons in the market. 

With a user-friendly interface and advanced backend capabilities, the app would provide a comprehensive solution for both customers and salon owners, streamlining operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
